• Presented research & ideas for change regarding Academic Advisors & Student Services Personal as front line responders to students who struggle with mental health.

 

Internship, Student Affairs: Southern Utah University, Cedar City, Utah (Jan-May 2018)

• Created a new finance training for incoming freshmen to improve student retention, which will be implemented during Personalized Visits of 2018.

• Designed, executed, and analyzed a student spending survey.

• Generated a finance communication plan including emails, meetings, events, and phone calls to be executed by the Student Affairs Department, Orientation & First-Year Experience Office, and ACES program.
